AI Consulting — From Strategy to Production-Grade Workflows

Most AI pilots stall between demo and production. We help you skip the demo phase and ship AI workflows that actually move a business metric — with the security, evals, and governance to keep them running.

    What you get

AI readiness assessment of your data, systems, and team capability
12-month AI roadmap mapped to revenue, cost, or risk-reduction outcomes
Architecture decisions on LLM vs. SLM, RAG vs. fine-tune vs. agent, build vs. buy
Security & compliance review covering data residency, PII handling, and model access controls
Internal governance model — usage policies, evaluation gates, and cost controls
A first production-grade workflow shipped, instrumented, and handed over to your team

    When it fits

    • You have a real workflow with measurable inputs and outputs, not a generic 'we want AI' brief
    • You can give us access to representative data within the first two weeks
    • An executive sponsor owns the outcome and can clear org-level blockers
    • You'd rather have one shipped workflow than five proof-of-concepts

    When it doesn't

    • The goal is a press release, not a measurable outcome
    • Your data is unstructured, ungoverned, and there's no appetite to clean it
    • You expect a chatbot to be the answer to every question

    Process

Two-week discovery, then four to twelve weeks to put the first workflow into production. Discovery is paid and produces a written readiness report and a roadmap you can take to your board — even if you decide not to continue with us. Implementation is sprint-based with weekly demos and an evaluation harness from sprint one.

    Pricing

Discovery is fixed-fee. Implementation runs fixed-price by milestone or as a dedicated AI Pod (4–7 specialists). Outcome-based pricing is available where the success metric is unambiguous and instrumentable.

    FAQ

How do we know if we're actually ready for AI?
Three signals: you have structured-enough data on the workflow you want to automate, an executive owner who'll defend the project when it's hard, and at least one engineer on your side who can integrate what we build. If two of those are missing, our honest answer is usually 'not yet' — and the discovery deliverable will tell you exactly what to fix first.
    Will AI replace our team?
In our engagements, no — it removes the worst 20% of their work (data entry, document scraping, status report writing) so the same team handles more volume. The teams that get displaced are usually the ones who refused to adopt at all, not the ones who learned to operate alongside AI workflows.
How long until we see real results?
First production workflow live in 8–12 weeks for most engagements. Measurable business impact — not just 'a thing exists' — typically lands in months 3–6 once we've tuned the evaluation loop and rolled it out to enough users to move the metric. We instrument from day one so you're not guessing.
Can you work with our existing systems and data?
Yes — most of what we ship integrates into existing CRMs, ticketing systems, document stores, and data warehouses rather than replacing them. We design the integration layer first, before any model work, so the AI doesn't end up as an island.
How do you handle accuracy, hallucinations, and trust?
Every workflow ships with an evaluation harness — a held-out test set, automated scoring, and human-in-the-loop review on edge cases. We define accuracy thresholds before we build, instrument them in production, and gate releases on them. Hallucination isn't a vibe; it's a metric.
    What does this actually cost?
Discovery is typically $15–40k for two weeks. A first production workflow lands between $80–250k depending on data complexity and integration surface. We'll give you a fixed range during discovery — and tell you if it isn't worth doing.
